Cancer Spam Emails

I don't like getting spam emails.

 

I dislike people playing on sympathy for cancer patients.

 

There's a spam email doing the rounds at the moment called Slow Dance, a poem supposed written by a teenage girl with cancer in a New York Hospital:http://www.hoax-slayer.com/slow-dance.html

 

As a general rule, if I get an email telling me to forward it immediately to everyone I know, I don't forward it as it's most likely to be a hoax.
