Tony, here is John's reply

"No I don't have a copy of his talk but I do have some notes and will do a summary for the OCT11 QPCN (if there is one). In the meantime you might advise your enquirer to go the website and look at the AUG09 QPCN Page 8 Michael Gillman presentation and the MAY10 QPCN Page 5 Richard Clarke presentation. Not much has changed since these talks."
