Nev Black is leading a team of elves to produce full minutes of the meeting, and the team hopes to publish the minutes before the end of the week (because the next week they vanish in a puff of PCRI pixie dust). On screen subtitles for the video may have to wait some time longer. We are going to do permanent, on screen titles for this video. All our other videos have Closed Captions that you can turn on or off (by clicking on Cc at the bottom of the video).
