Sometimes I get advice that something is not working in an email (downloading a file, watching a video etc.)

 

This is because the emails you get are not the whole story. They are only a rough copy of new topics on the forums on our website.

 

To reply to a topic, to have all the links work properly you must click 'Go to this Topic' button near the bottom of each email. You will see the topic with the Reply box below it.

 

If a topic is of interest to you, please know that replies to a topic do not come automatically in emails. To see replies to any topic, click 'Go to this Topic' button near the bottom of each email. To have future comments emailed click 'Go to this Topic' button near the bottom of each email, then click the Follow button.
