Paul Edwards
Click here for a table which summarises the results of a paper "Nutrition, dietary interventions and prostate cancer: the latest evidence" published in BMC Medicine online. Click here for an interesting post in The Palpable Prostate Blog which contains 2 items: A link to the full text of the paper "Nutrition, dietary interventions and prostate cancer: the latest evidence"; and A report about the UK NCRN Pomi-T study which found a reduction in PSA progression in men taking the Pomi-T supplement (Pomi-T is a commercial supplement containing tumeric powder, pomegranate whole fruit powder, green tea extract and broccoli powder). Darby
One product I'm wary of is Blackmore's Men's Performance Multivitamin because it contains Tribulus terrestris. "The use of tribulus has been linked to adverse effects in both animals and humans. Due to its potential hormonal activities, prostate cancer patients should avoid this herb until more is known about its safety." https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/integrative-medicine/herbs/tribulus-terrestris
