It appears that Americans like a good shag, but not in the Australian sense. I was a bit perplexed by the bit about where he wanted to "shag flies in Fenway Park". I discovered that in baseball, shagging means to practice catching fly balls, balls hit high in the air. Fenway Park is the home ground of the Boston Red Sox.
