Charles (Chuck) Maack
AR-V7 is an androgen receptor variant which, if found in the blood stream, disables the effectiveness of either Xtandi/enzalutamide or Zytiga/abiraterone acetate. I have prepared a summary of recent research about AR-V7 which is available at http://tinyurl.com/qbgpezo [Ed - Chuck's paper mentions blood tests for Circulating Tumour Cells (CTC) and AR-V7. These tests are not routinely available in Australia.]
