Clear Lymph nodes at diagnosis. Clear Capsular penetration (growth through prostate wall). Probable penetration Highest PSA before treatment. Example: 10.4 60 Initial treatment - radiation. External beam Initial treatment - hormone therapy. Cosudex Lowest PSA after initial treatment. 120 Recurrence treatment - hormone therapy. Cosudex Current treatment status. Examples: Continuing ADT OR Monitoring PSA each 6 weeks Ketoconazole Last few PSA scores with dates.
