Euan's decision to make a summary of elements in the "Every little bit helps" forum, and the wish of the last teleconference to see a compilation of material on imaging and scans has prompted me to gather bits and pieces on Combined Androgen Deprivation (CAD) together.

I added pieces as I collected them, or as thoughts occurred to me, as replies to the older article below.
