Orchidectomy

Has anyone had an orchidectomy? Did it work? Any other major problems apart from hot flushes,

and future trouble with bone density?

I have no experience with orchidectomy.

I do know that it results in fewer, and less severe side effects than chemical castration.

Resistance exercise will cost you nothing, fight bone loss, and possibly extend your life.
