Guest John Bellerby Posted November 29, 2011 Share Posted November 29, 2011 Jim Just last week I received my best ever PSA .02 and my oncologist has taken me off both hormones Zoladex and Cosudex for two months. I have noticed a marked improvement in my mental state and do not have the chronic depression I was suffering since being on Cosudex. A former cancer nurse-adviser told me yesterday that in her experience strong side effects with added Cosudex, or with high dose Cosudex are not uncommon. Fortunately for me, I am one of those who noticed no difference when it was added to my treatment. Your advice may prompt other members who find themselves in a similar situation to ask their doctors about the risks and benefits.
